MOVEMENT & EXERCISE - An example of movement is when you go from place to place and accomplish different tasks.
However; there�s a big difference between exercise and movement.
Unfortunately most of us today live a more sedentary lifestyle than our forefathers, hence the obesity epidemic spreading like wildfire throughout the modern world.
To improve our health, fitness and lifestyle, we need to move much more than we do at present, yet not necessarily do strenuous exercise. All we need to do is to take a regular amount of moderate exercise, based upon our current physical ability and health.
I mean lets face it, if most of us simply walked for 10 minutes every day, at a reasonable pace, we would have increased our movement/exercise by 70 minutes every week, (and for most of us, that�s 70 minutes more than we are currently doing).
It�s over 60 extra hours of movement/exercise per year, and without REALLY trying to hard!!!
Therefore one element to living a healthier more fulfilling lifestyle, is we simply need to move more. To do that you need to understand:-
