You should always drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. For good hydration you need to drink at least 2.25 litres or 4 pints. The key is to drink regularly throughout the day. Spread your fluid intake into small amounts, but at regular intervals. Always carry a water bottle with you, make it your new habit as apart of your lifestyle change.
